Today the execution of the strategy (implementation of the MTP/3-5 year Plan) is understood as a cascade process of the strategic objectives chosen by the CEO and the Management Team.

These objectives often translate into a number of projects whose progress is monitored by the management of the Company. This monitoring ensures that the initially planned tasks are carried out according to the plan and, if not, decision making is required to address the blocking points.

In most companies, an annual analysis is made by the Management Team during the famous “Strategic Seminar” in which the results achieved by the implementation of the projects are shared and serve as a support for the update of the plan.
