The strength of the concept called The Discipline of Executing the Strategy™ is that it combines a Steer’Executive management system with a connected, digital strategic steering room known as the Steervision Center™.
Thus, simultaneously, we are establishing new collaborative work habits within the leadership teams, facilitating decision-making and cross-communication, and optimizing their functioning through collective intelligence. These developments regarding new ways of working are taking root during our interventions in strategic steering sessions with the members of the Executive Committee; the aim is to create a mode of operation and a culture of men and women capable of quickly adapting to the environment and the events that impact the strategic course.

Inspired by Visual Management techniques and the concept of War Room, this space is suitable for both in-person and virtual use.
In person, this place exists in the form of a physical room, equipped with the latest technologies as a support for facilitation, in order to enhance the dynamics of the leadership team.
In response to current needs, the Steervision Center™ is also available in a digital format for virtual remote operation.
